Refund & Exchange

Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday. TNT Beauty currently requires 1-2 days of processing time and up to 3-5 days for you to receive your order. Orders are shipped through USPS (Unites States Postal Services) & If there are any delays in shipping you will receive an email with detailed information.

Due to the nature of the items for sanitary purposes, there will be NO EXCHANGE at this time.

We will only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order & it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered.

We do not ship replacements.
